It’s getting dark and I’m on a deserted road

surrounded by emptiness and silent noise.

Tumbleweed is my only disturbing guide.

The mist in my head is hiding a peaceful fight.

I don’t know what I’m heading for.

I don’t know who to call.

I’m speeding through a desert without a name

where every mile seems the same.

I wasn’t looking and then I finally found you.

It’s getting light and I’m on a winding road

surrounded by suburban life and useless noise.

Neon light is my only comforting guide.

The mist in my head is clearing slowly.

I don’t mind being in doubt.

I don’t mind crashing on the couch of life.

I’m stalling in a city without a decent name

where every mile seems the same.
